If you have a solid movement foundation, the possibilities are endless. This is what Sarah-Beth has learned over the past eight years of Personal Training and over a lifetime of being an athlete. Having her first experience working with a personal trainer at the age of 12, Sarah-Beth saw what having dedicated time to fitness could help her achieve. This inspired her to pursue a career helping others move better, build strength and make fitness a priority in their lives.
