Assessment may include

  • Goal Setting

  • Musculoskeletal Testing

  • Body Composition

  • Cardiovascular Testing

  • Submaximal 1-RM Testing

Personal Training 1-on-1

A 1 hour session dedicated to you and your fitness goals. Includes warm-up, workout, cool down and follow up email post session.

All new clients must complete a fitness assessment before booking 1-on-1 Training Sessions
